The Crunchers Seminar Series is designed to provide access to and begin training small business owners in the mindset, the practices and the skills of a business owner.
Through attending you can begin to build a business that will give you:

This will not happen overnight, it is a process of building a business that delivers these things. We recognize that most small business owners do not have the resources to engage a business coach or work with us intensively one-to-one.
We therefore designed the seminar series as a way to access to the kind of knowledge and perspectives that make successful businesses. For the time being our seminars are free.

Have you ever wondered why Kelloggs Cornflakes sells at almost double the price of Sainsburys own brand when the product is almost indistinguishable?
Have you ever noticed that your purchasing choices are 90% habit and 10% rational choice.
These phenomena can be explained by a marketing concept called Positioning founded on observance of human behaviour when faced with a choice.
The concept of Positioning challenges business to find a territory or position in the mind of the customer that has no competition and become the market leader.
At Crunchers we believe that defining a Position is a foundation stone for any business. Distinct from Unique Selling Point or Mission, for it’s focus on the mind of the customer, it is the difference between jostling with the competition and leading the field.
The seminar is an opportunity to understand the concept more fully and work towards defining a Position for your business.
